Our Maintenance teams support the marine, drilling and onshore industries for dedicated support in planned and un-planned maintenance outages on sites and in docksides/shipyards across UK and Europe with a range of equipment and skills covering mechanical, hydraulic and electrical disciplines for crane, back deck/product handling, ROV and Diver deployment systems.
All our workshop and site personnel are time served service technicians from a wide range of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical disciplines. With a dedicated in-house policy of skills development and training we maintain our core and multi-skilled teams to offer our customers an ethos of a safety first culture and efficiency in delivery.
With a wide range of tooling and equipment for site-based installation, along with our office based engineering support, we can offer customers complete solution from concept, layout, design, manufacture, install, pressure testing, chemical cleaning and hot oil flushing. Testing certification for pipework layouts ranging from control panels to complete system/site layouts.
Our dedicated specialist department provide hot oil flushing and
chemical cleaning support as either a standalone or support service for our pipework teams. We have a modern state of the art bespoke range of equipment for efficient delivery and monitoring. Providingfull traceability with the assistance of our fluid conditioning and analysis partners, Hydac.
PTS services have over 30 years of experience in the design and supply of hydraulic cylinders. All our designs are to industry and 3rd party compliance in line with current DNV industry standards. These can be from simple standard industrial design to bespoke client requirements and sign off.

The electrical delivery team offers a full design, manufacture/re-design and install service of our own units or customers systems. Electrical starters, variable drives, PLC control systems either new, refurbished or recertification. Standard industrial, Marine or Safe Area specifications.
